What are some good Thrash/Black metal bands?

i dont know about black but there a re some really good metal bands like Lamb of god, metalica, avenge seven fold

Merciful Fate, Slayer, and Metallica. Merciful Fate invented black metal, Slayer is thrash with black metal lyrics, and Metallica is awesome, therefore thrash metal.

Trash metal bands I recommend are Kreator (try the song Phobia), Slayer (Sex. Murder. Art. is one of my favorites), Megadeth (Symphony of destruction, a classic), Overkill (Elimination), Testament (More Than Meets The Eye)…
As for black metal… Bathory, Hellhammer, Mayhem, Burzum, Darkthrone, Immortal, Gorgoroth, Burzum, Blasphemy, Satyricon, Carpathian Forest, Marduk, Dark Funeral, Behemoth, Belphegor, Dimmu Borgir, Limbonic Art… and a great black metal band in my country, Negura Bunget.
You should also try some grindcore like Negligent Collateral Collapse (their best song is Focused) and some deathgrind, Dying Fetus (song: Grotesque Impalement).
