Posted on August 17th, 2009 by The Militia in Speed Metalwell im tryin to find some good hard metal caus the metal i got my favorite metal song i found is mushroomhead – 43 i like the bells and the evilness of the beginning music im havin a hell of a time finding other artists and songs similar to it… im also tryin to find that play actual speed metal like the shit you would hear while your wailing on someone for example tatoo and eternal by mushroomhead and comfort betrays by as i lay dying. music is my life it has to be precise energise me and express me… can you see my problem

Dream Theater. They do EVERY style within rock and metal better than any band. If you want precise, technical, fast, melodic, powerful, heavy, chunky, aggressive, melancholy, clever, intelligent music, they’re the dudes.

Dude, you f-ing rock for the sole fact that you dig Mushroomhead. I absolutely love their rendition of Seal’s "Crazy", you should check it out if you’ve never heard it. Another band I really dig is Sevendust. They have a new song coming out called "Prodigal Son"–it’s awesome.
