long shot here but hey i’ve seen other people asking similar questions about rap/hip hop/pop etc so here goes i’m a big fan of thrash metal. stuff like early slayer/metallica but i hate bands that try to soften the music by slowing it down at times or making the vocals sound more pop than metal these days.. i wont name names here *cough* inflames *cough* but if anyone can tell me some modern bands that play that sort of music (true trash metal as i like to think of it) still i’d really appreciate it!
i wouldnt call slipknot thrash metal rofl in my book they’re nu-metal..not that i hate them but their music doesnt even come close to the definition of thrash metal

for example of bands: The Devil Wears Prada, IWRESTLEDABEARONCE, Sky Eats Airplane, Whitechapel, For Today, A Day To Remember, Forever The Sickest Kids, etc.

I dont think so death metal is awsome.
