I’m 31 years old. Grew up in the 80’s with bands such as Whiplash, Hallow’s Eve, Carnivore, Artillery, Annihilator, Metallica, Destruction, Anthrax, Vio-lence, Tankard and many more.

I work overnights, have kids and Never get out of my house. I need to find some cool Thrash metal Fans to go to some Concerts with.

Just seeing if there are many of us Thrash metal fans left? I know there is plenty of Death/Screamo Fans. I like some of that, but mostly into Thrash Metal.

I need some Thrash Metal friends. If you live in Austin. Respond here!!!!

Rate the band out of 15___

I’m getting into Arch Enemy a lot, and decided to explore that genre of music. Recommend me a band and song.

I am a guitarist in Toronto, Canada. I play an Epiphone Les Paul Standard through a Peavey Rage 158 and a Marshall Guv’nor Plus distortion pedal.

My amp is a small, shitty, beginners amp which sounds terrible when I crank the volume and I can terrible feedback when playing loud. So, I am in the market for a new amp.

I would say it’s safe to say the only think I play is Metallica. I also play Pantera, Slayer, Megadeth, sometimes Rush. I also occasionally play SlipKnot or Dream Theater but I always break my strings trying to tune to their lame tuning…

Well, I don’t really know anything about amps, what is the difference between a Solid State (I think that’s what it’s called) amp and a Tube amp? What is a Half Stack and Cabinet? What I have found is the Peavey 5150 and it’s a Tube amp that is apparently great for Thrash Metal. I also in a few years am looking into the Dean Dime From Hell guitar, which has great pickups with loads of gain and crunch and a fast neck. Any reasons why I shouldn’t buy a signature guitar? Also, that guitar doesn’t have a real Floyd Rose Tremolo and it would go out of tune and the metal bridge went to shit. Is this true?
