Heavy Metal Militia

I already have my cartilaged pierced, but I was planning to the Industrial. At times my cartilaged get infected even though it’s "14kt gold". I don’t know how industrial works, but I’m not really planning have 2 spots that will get infected on one ear. I definately don’t want to change my earrings often. But yeah , if anyone is a piercing enthusiast and knows a lot more about industrials, it would be nice if you helped. Just want to know which kind of metal is usable for my "sentitive" ears.

Raeven : yep, I like nightwish and within temptation too….but I just listened to theatre of tragedy. they sound cool.

I listen to a lot of Metal, Rock and Hard Rock. But a lot of Hard Rock sounds like metal, and some sounds more like alternative. So what makes something Hard Rock as appose to something else? What’s the musical difference?

Every guitarist in my school is either a classic rocker or a metal head. Sure, there’s one classical guitarist but he’s learning to play blues.

Oh, and I put classic rock and blues in the same category because they’re very similar.

This style of music seems pretty well guarded. I can’t find anyone who teaches it in my area. I’ve heard learn scales so many times my eyes pop but that dosent tell me a thing. Where can I really find how to do this all learning scales does is teach me scales…how can I fully learn this style of guitar from start to finish?

PS- I have long brown hair, fairly thin, and just a little bit wavy naturally.
Im going to see a hard rock concert and need ideas on how to wear my hair so it stays comfortable, but cute in the 100 + degree weather its going to be. Also, is there any secrets to keeping the makeup on your eyes/face on a hot, humid, long day???

I was wondering if I could find some new good Christian bands. Here’s a few I already have to make sure you don’t have to mention them: Underoath, The Almost, August Burns Red, blessthefall, The Human Abstract, Devil Wears Prada, Anberlin, Hawk Nelson, Here I Come Falling, and As I Lay Dying. Make sure they’re Christian bands too!!

I need some good alternative,screamo,metal or a good pop love song because me and my boyfriend express our feelings with music and we both like about the same music…if you could help I would be very thankful..!
Some artists and bands we do like are devil wears prada-bullet for my valentine-boys like girls-brokencyde-I set my friends on fire-bring me the horizon-simple plan-all time low…stuff like that..!
